Shipping Charges
Shipping is $2.50 for U.S. 1st class and $00.25 for each additional item. International shipping (1st class) is $3.50 and $00.35 for each additional item. All orders include a gift box. I mail out orders within ten days after payment has been received.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. You must have the original receipt at the time of exchange.
Exchanges in non-custom made pieces will be granted if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase(s). I do not grant cash refunds unless there is a problem in the workmanship of the piece.
If you are unsatisfied with a custom made piece, please contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Note: Much of my jewelry is delicate in nature and must be handled carefully. I will not be responsible for any piece that has broken due to unnatural circumstances such as stepping on it, pulling, stretching, or any other rough handling of the peice.
I will not be responsible for natural wear and tear of the piece such as the inevitable tarnish of both silver-plated and sterling silver. Exchanges and refunds will not be granted for these natural occurances.
To delay tarnishing, keep jewelry sealed in the included plastic bag when not wearing. To shine copper, simply use houshold pot and pan cleaner.
